Environment-friendly institutions will be required as they can increase the efficiency of the scarce resources and make availing the services cheap. The strategic role of Human Resource Management has been cleared and magnified with time and clear understandings of the needs of the hospitality industry. There is a lot of scope for the management to improve the security, technology, quality of services, and others to make this industry more profitable.
